FAQ - How Do We Access Our Policies?
Your policies are always available online – all you need to access them is the Internet Explorer web browser.
When you purchase 4staffhandbooks you will be provided with 2 web addresses; one for all your staff to use to log in and start reviewing your policies and a second web address that is used to access the ‘back office’ of 4staffhandbooks.
This ‘back office’ enables you, as a Manager or Administrator, to determine the overall level of access that your staff have had to your policies, including:
• Who has accessed specific policies
• Who has reviewed the policy key messages and
• Who has taken the test, and, if appropriate, passed it and accepted the policies
All of these reports are available to you online and they can be printed or downloaded for further analysis.
