FAQ - Are The Policies Tailored To My Organisation?

The policies supplied in the handbook are generic in nature and, as such, are relevant for all organisations.

However, RSM Tenon recognise that no two organisations are the same and, to ensure that you have total flexibility, you can do the following:

• Customise the generic policies supplied by Ashfords and incorporated into 4staffhandbooks

• Add your own specific policies to those supplied to ensure that you address all matters that are relevant to your organisation

These customisations are undertaken through a user friendly interface that is supplied as standard with 4staffhandbooks; there is no need to incur any additional costs and you do not need RSM Tenon to undertake the customisation for you. As always, if you would still like some assistance, this can be provided at additional cost.
