Purchasing 4staffhandbooks is easy - simply fill out the on-line form to describe your business and the system will then customise your handbook and policies to match your exact requirements. You will then be provided with a fully legally and regulatory compliant handbook though a secure Internet portal that only you and your staff may access.
All of your employees can then log on to the secure system using any computer that has access to the internet to review the relevant documents, be given a series of key messages about the area and then given a test (where appropriate) to demonstrate their understanding of the policies they have read.
This powerful and intuative system is also backed up with a comprehensive set of reports in order for you to be able to identify the current status of the understanding and acceptance by your staff of your policies and workplace legislation.
From completion of the form to making the handbook and policies available to all your staff takes no more than a few days.
